Are Desire Resorts strictly for couples?
Yes. Desire Riviera Maya Resort and Desire Pearl are exclusively reserved for adult couples (male/female couples, 21 years of age and older). Single travelers are not accommodated, preserving the couple-centric atmosphere of the property.
Is clothing-optional mandatory at Desire Experience resorts?
No. Clothing is entirely optional in designated outdoor areas such as pools, beach lounges, and hot tubs. However, casual-elegant clothing is required when dining in indoor restaurants, entering the main lobbies, and moving through designated indoor public venues.
Why is my Desire Experience promo code not applying?
Promo codes are generally tied to specific travel date windows (such as off-peak seasonal travel) or require a minimum length of stay (often 3 to 5 nights). Additionally, confirm whether your chosen room category is excluded from promotional rates or if your reservation falls on a holiday blackout period (like New Year's Eve).
What is the cancellation policy on promotional bookings?
Direct bookings through the official Desire portal typically include flexible modification policies, allowing free date changes or cancellations up to 7 to 14 days prior to your arrival date, depending on the promotion selected. Always review the specific rate rules displayed during checkout.
How often does Go4Coupon refresh Desire Experience deals?
Our travel editors monitor promotional releases from Original Group daily. Whenever new seasonal codes, flash discounts, or exclusive resort credit promotions go live, our listings are verified and published immediately.
